New technologies have shown that the traditional methods of teaching and measuring students' knowledge are expensive and also dangerous for beginner practitioners and modern tools can be used to transfer knowledge from professors to students much better. One of these modern tools in this field is simulation systems which are based on information and electronic technologies. These simulators, simulates the operation for the practitioner and make the person experience a very close to real-life operation and prepare them for difficult decisions, while there will be no risk or cost to the patient or the user.
We have been trying to make this simulator system a very close to real-life operation, the same state as the original software connected to MRI machines. In the system, a person can apply different protocols and see the result of the work just like when she or he is behind the machine. Currently, this system is designed for Brain, C.P. Angle and Orbit, and soon other parts of the body will be offered in separate packages.
This software has the ability to simulate MRI images of Brain, C.P. Angle and Orbit of adults.The screen (Layout Interface) of this simulator corresponds to the real MRI machine. The very important point of this system is that there are no pre-saved images and all images are created with artificial intelligence methods in real time from the digital phantom, which has the properties of the real texture, according to the protocols and the set parameters and angles are made. MRI Tabib operates exactly as a real MRI machine does to create an image with mathematical methods. The user can prepare different images in every direction and rotation as they please. The images that are placed under the cuts can be changed or moved. Using the Browser option, you can view the list of all patients who have had MRI scans. At the same time, a list of applied protocols and images related to each patient can be seen; that the images of these protocols can be transferred to the Viewing section and viewed side by side in full. The waiting time for creating the image is completely consistent with real devices, which is displayed with a countdown timer. Using this software, it is possible to prepare the necessary cuts in all three sagittal, coronal and axial views with precise settings of the angle and location of the cut. The resulting images are in accordance with the selected parameters and the way the cutting is arranged by the operator.
